Production of tools at the tool shop operating within the organizational structure of the Rolling Bearing Factory ISKRA S.A., the biggest rolling bearing manufacturer in Poland.

Foundation of a plant named Special Tool Plant (Zakład Narzędzi Specjalnych) as a separate profit centre within the organizational structure of the Rolling Bearing Factory ISKRA Joint Stock Company. The beginning of development especially in the field of sales, marketing and quality. The commencement of cooperation with other customers.

22 January 1998
Acquisition of a majority stake in the Rolling Bearing Factory ISKRA Joint Stock Company by one of the biggest rolling bearing manufacturers in the world, the Japanese concern NSK. Continuation of the activity at the Special Tool Plant.

9 October 1998
Awarding a certificate of quality management system conformity with the requirements of ISO 9002 standard issued by BVQI to Special Tool Plant.

11 December 2000
Registration of a company named ISKRA Special Tool Centre (ISKRA Centrum Narzędzi Specjalnych Sp. z o. o.) at the Kielce District Court, belonging to the NSK Europe Ltd. The beginning of activity as an independent entity by commercial law. Development of cooperation with many customers.

20 November 2001
Obtaining a certificate of quality system conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard by ISKRA Special Tool Centre, issued by BVQI.

30 June 2005
Acquisition of the whole of shares in ISKRA Special Tool Centre by NSK Europe Ltd.

10 March 2014
Awarding a certificate of environmental management system conformity with the requirements of ISO 14001 standard issued by Bureau Veritas Certification.
